Refund policy

At Skincery, we want every customer to enjoy a safe and positive shopping experience.
To protect all customers and maintain strict hygiene standards, we accept returns only under the conditions listed below.


Eligibility for Return

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for:

Unopened and unused products in original packaging
✔ Incorrect or damaged items (we will replace these at no cost)

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

✘ Opened or used skincare products
✘ Items without original packaging
✘ Items marked as final sale


Important Notes to Prevent Misuse

  • Products that appear used, tampered with, or returned in poor condition will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Damage to outer packaging (minor dents, scuffs from transit) does not qualify as product damage.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or unclaimed packages may have shipping fees deducted from the refund.


How to Request a Return

Email us at info@skincerykorea.com before sending anything back.
Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photo of the item (required for damage/incorrect product claims)

Unauthorized returns cannot be processed.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the order arrived damaged or incorrect.


Refunds

Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Exchanges

For faster service, we recommend returning the eligible item for a refund and placing a new order.
